                       MISSION STATEMENT 
The Michigan Council on Alcohol Problems (MICAP) educates Michigan citizens about the consequences of the abuse of beverage alcohol and other impairing drugs and promotes public policies that eliminate or mitigate those consequences.
 
 

How You Can Help! 

The Michigan Council on Alcohol Problems is a non-profit organization 501(c)(3) supported by gifts from individuals and local churches of many denominations that endorse its mission of caring for people.  A reduction of alcohol and other impairing drugs will improve the health of Michigan citizens and fulfill the mission of MICAP.
